1. Right click on the download
2. Save target as the file name on your desktop
3. Activate your captions on the windows media player by clicking "View, Enhancements, Show Enhancemets. Or for older Window media players Ciick View, now playing tools, and ensure your captions button is enabled.
4. Click file on the Windows media player and open. Then look for the file name on your desktop.When it is working properly the Captioned words will come up as Victor talks.
Hear Something Else
It seems Victor has plans for teaching Betty to talk. He also has his own ideas about where Betty came from. By the way, it's only been twelve days since Betty arrived. I am quite sure I heard her say "Victor" yesterday. So I think she really is starting to talk.
Must be talk.

Victor happy about her.
Plus, I am going to say something well ok.
She comes from a place where there's budgies.
They talk a lot.
